Easy Mini Peach Pies (Kids Edition)

There have been so many rainy days this summer, that it feels more like spring. My poor flowers have all died from being over watered. One random day it’s over 90 degrees and the rest of the days, pouring rain. It is actually raining as I write this post! For the month of July I made mini blueberry pies, that I love so much! Now August is peach month and so I decided to make some easy mini peach pies (kids edition). I call it a kids edition because it is a fun little kitchen project to make with little ones. It is easy to make and you get enough servings for 6!

Berry Chocolate Bark (Summer Edition)

Bark is one of those easy go to snacks, when you want something done in a pinch. Chocolate is everything to me! However, in the summer I always crave fruits to keep me cool. Today I made Endangered Species berry chocolate bark (summer edition). For those who don’t know what Endangered Species chocolate is, it is a chocolate company. This company donates to the wildlife conservation. Their milk chocolate is at least 48% cocoa and the dark chocolate is anywhere from 60-88% cocoa.

Easy Cod Soup With Tomato Broth

Soup is so yummy and always easy to make. The longer it sits the better it tastes. My all time favorite soup is my Herb Lemon Chicken Soup. We always think of making soup in the winter, when we are sick or to keep warm. However, soups can also be made in the summer and still feel summery. I haven’t made this Easy Cod Soup with Tomato Broth in a while. Come to think about it, I only make it in the summer.
