3 Pregnancy Must Haves for the Mom to be
Pregnancy takes a toll on our bodies and so it is very important to feel comfortable, as much as possible. There are 3 pregnancy MUST HAVES for the mom to be. It is so important to physically feel good, just as mentally.
1. Pregnancy Pillow
The first is a pregnancy pillow. Worth the investment. The bigger your belly gets, the more uncomfortable it is to sleep. Your belly feels so heavy. It’s like carrying around a bowling ball, that gets heavier and heavier. I love my pharmedoc pregnancy pillow. I am sure you’ve seen these pillows on the internet. It’s a long pillow, that wraps around like snake. Perfect to put your belly on, so it doesn’t hang and become uncomfortable. It’s so soft, my husband wanted to sleep with it when he first bought it for me. No need for regular pillows, that supports your back, belly and enough pillow to put between your knees!
2. Maternity Clothes
The second must have is, maternity clothes! You can check out my post about it HERE. There are many places to shop for less. Having comfortable clothes that are stretchy and meant for a growing bump, is essential. The last thing you want is to wear non-maternity pants that are so tight on your belly, that you want to go home from wherever you are at the moment!
3. A Good Pair of Shoes
Lastly, a pregnancy must have for moms, is a good pair of shoes! You honestly won’t notice until your 3rd trimester, how important it is to have comfortable shoes.
