I really only bake during October, November and December months. Yes, just the holidays. I might randomly bake something during the year but not really. Unless it’s my Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies/5 Ingredients, which I make often. But I don’t consider that much baking, considering all it takes is 15 minutes! To make it short, an acai bowl is basically a fruit smoothie in a bowl, topped off with granola and fruit. Acai bowls are delicious and easy to make. The pre-made packets are sold at your local grocery store. In my area I can find them at Target or Whole Foods. At 100 calories a packet from the Sambazon brand that’s not bad! You can also buy ones with zero added sugar.

I have relatives who grow cucumbers and I have not been letting them go to waste. In the summer they taste amazing with a pinch of salt.
