For dinner I made a buttery garlic shrimp pasta. I have to admit I have been wanting pasta lately and my little one really enjoys it. It’s also an excuse to make it more often. First of all it’s easy, quick and very filling. Pasta is definitely a dish for those busy school nights. On top of that, the shrimp cooks in just about the same time your pasta cooks! I made this dish with the thought I could make it for Christmas Eve or Christmas. Pasta and seafood are dishes I lean towards for the holidays. Maybe because they are comforting dishes. Garlic Shrimp Pasta is easy but can be made as fancy as you want it!

Everything has to be packed in disposable bags, such as paper bags and plastic baggies. Sandwiches everyday is not doable. Probably because we do not eat sandwiches everyday at home! Pizza muffins for school lunch sounded like a great idea. The boys really love pizza and I mean very few people dislike pizza. Okay, I have met two people who don’t like pizza. Can you believe it! Naan pizza are delicious but changing it up makes it more appealing than having the same style of pizza everyday.

Of course, if you are not planning on using them right away then make sure to freeze them! Don’t you love going to restaurants where there is a salad bar with a ton on roasted vegetables to add to your salad? I love that! I have thought of doing that on many occasions. Preparing a bunch of vegetables to add to my salads. Using my leftovers gives me the same results without having to make extras for salads!
