I’ve never met someone who doesn’t like broccoli cheese soup. Most people say they love it! Just the combination of a vegetable with cheese is already enticing. Cheesy goodness! This recipe has no broth. I have seen many recipes that add broth to thin their soup. I personally don’t like adding it and I don’t mind if my soup thickens up a bit. Soup is so yummy and always easy to make. The longer it sits the better it tastes. My all time favorite soup is my Herb Lemon Chicken Soup. Soup with LOTS of lemon and lime is a must for me when it comes to chicken soup. I make herb lemon chicken soup several times during the winter. Surprisingly, I haven’t made it much this winter. I love saving the leftovers, in the freezer for those sick days, as I don’t enjoy canned soup much. Leftover soup tastes even better the following the day. It’s even a better recipe for the crockpot. It smells so good cooking the whole day.
