Drumsticks are super cheap. Probably one of the most cost effective meals! When I first started making drumsticks it was always BBQ drumsticks. Which I was not a big fan off. Large drumsticks need to have crunchy skin for the ultimate flavor. I made everything but the bagel drumsticks this time around. A seasoning that is so versatile. Why not make an apple cinnamon sauce to serve over grilled chicken and use the leftovers for dessert?! Perfect! It was a nice sweet dish that had FALL written all over it. Of course, if you are not planning on using them right away then make sure to freeze them! Read MoreI made a cilantro sauce marinated in chicken and mixed the sauce into a corn orzo salad. Cilantro by far is my favorite herb. I use it on just about every dish. If a dish calls for basil or parsley I end up using cilantro. Why? Because I always have it stocked. I can’t live without it. Three things I always have in my kitchen is cilantro, lemons or limes and fresh parmesan cheese. Must haves, to make any dish!
