We all know how to make burgers, right? I am here to show you a healthier way to eat your burger. A cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce instead of adding a bun. A healthy no bun cheeseburger. Start off the year eating right but still keeping the foods you like. By omitting the bun you are saving 150 calories minimum on your meal. Adding the extra toppings and sauces add up. Why not omit the bun when it is already empty calories?
There are some people you never know what to get them. A few reasons are, they have everything, are picky or just don’t have hobbies. They just go to work and go home. This is where edible gifts win. The perfect gift idea for the pet lover. Make gingerbread cookies shaped like an animal! In my case, I made gingerbread cookies shaped like dogs and dog bones! If you don't like gingerbread cookies, make sugar cookies!

Lately most of my posts have been Pumpkin spice inspired recipes. After the holidays, I probably wont use it as much. December is more peppermint and chocolates for me. However, I will be gifting pretty jars of 3 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Pecans for Christmas. I am also going to make breads, like this chocolate pumpkin spice bread.
Besides dessert what can I make to incorporate fall spices into my dish? I had apples leftover from apple picking and wanted to use them since I plan on apple picking again LOL . Why not make an apple cinnamon sauce to serve over grilled chicken and use the leftovers for dessert?! Perfect! It was a nice sweet dish that had FALL written all over it. This was definitely a hit in my home and this apple cinnamon sauce will be a go to this fall season.
