Bark is one of those easy go to snacks, when you want something done in a pinch. Chocolate is everything to me! However, in the summer I always crave fruits to keep me cool. Today I made Endangered Species berry chocolate bark (summer edition). For those who don’t know what Endangered Species chocolate is, it is a chocolate company. This company donates to the wildlife conservation. Their milk chocolate is at least 48% cocoa and the dark chocolate is anywhere from 60-88% cocoa.

Low Calorie Energy Balls

I love making my Protein Granola Balls Dipped in Chocolate but they are protein balls. Meaning they are higher in calories for the purpose of having more protein on the go! I decided to recreate them and make low calorie energy balls with less calories. These low calorie energy balls are 80 calories a ball and I was able to make 16 of them! Super satisfying and perfect to snack on when your doing nothing, in terms of moving around at home!

We all know how to make burgers, right? I am here to show you a healthier way to eat your burger. A cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce instead of adding a bun. A healthy no bun cheeseburger. Start off the year eating right but still keeping the foods you like. By omitting the bun you are saving 150 calories minimum on your meal. Adding the extra toppings and sauces add up. Why not omit the bun when it is already empty calories?
