Read MoreAvocados are so creamy and full of healthy fats. I haven’t made avocado dressing with cilantro and lime in a while. I serve it many different ways. However, this morning I really wanted avocado dressing for breakfast. It only takes 5 minutes to make and my avocados were already ripe. Why not! Avocados are especially great to have when you want a filling meal. Many times I have eggs and avocado for breakfast with fruit. I don’t care to have toast with eggs most of the time.

There is salad, tacos, serve with a side of rice and vegetables, and the list goes on. I probably make this at least once a week. And honestly, I rarely make the same exact meal with tilapia. I am always coming up with new ideas on how to serve it. Two great things about tilapia is that it cooks in just about 7 minutes tops and it’s an affordable fish! Many believe that fish is too expensive to buy every week, but it is actually cheaper than chicken or beef. It is also easier to digest! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed! This week I made chili honey tilapia salad & dressing.

Read MoreButter, garlic and lime! What an amazing combination. Cod is a fish that is pretty bland on its own. Which is great when you want to experiment with flavors. I don’t usually buy cod often but wanted something different. For lunch this weekend, I made a sautéed buttery, garlic cod with lime. If I had thought of the recipe in advance I would have let the fish marinate for a few hours before cooking. However, it still turned out delicious.
